I’d say they need to turn down both the enthusiasm gauge and the glad-handing gauge from 100 to 69.

What did you do specifically? Wouldn't mind cutting our Key West internet bill... we only have internet with them, however.

Given the shitheads that anyone in customer service has to deal with, I could see someone writing that after a positive conversation.

I’ve worked with that person. Lots of them. That’s the person that writes the post meeting email telling us all how great the meeting was and when can we all meet again??!!

I have internet only too. I have the 1.2GB plan and was under a 3 year contract and was paying $79.99. Today I got my new bill for $99.99. I sent a DM on Twitter to @XfinitySupport. This is how I got the deal last time. They said I could get the same plan for $74.99 or $69.99 if I use auto-pay from checking. I think this is only good for a year though and it goes up some after that, but I'm fine with it.
