With the bye week, you only have 11 games. Could not go 6-6, 7-5 or 5-7..
I'd say 3-8. Wins week 1,2 and 4.

2007 is on there twice.

There's a couple of really bad teams there, but I don't see this team winning more than three (2006, 2007, 2012).

I think he put '07 Iowa State as that first game for fun. Not that it matters, but I would've switched them out and put in maybe 2000 or 1999 Iowa.

Honestly, I wouldn't even give this year's group a chance against the '06 and '07 squads. '06 under-performed because of turnover on the defensive side and a lack of playmakers at WR (bau).

2007 had a defense that was very much improving by the end of the year save for that last game, which was a prototypical Ferentz staple of failing against all-out spread passing attacks that mimic Northwestern's style of the mid to late 2000s and pass to set up the run and lots and lots of QB draws from there. Plus how would this defense do against Albert Young even though the '07 line was relatively young?

I'd almost take the '07 line over what we have this year......

2012 is a much more similar team to this year's in terms of overall talent, but they also were dealt numerous injuries, especially along the OL, and while they also under-performed based on the number of close games they played and could've won, I also don't think they ever got a chance to reach their full potential either.

2012, maybe 2000, and 1999 are the only years I would think this year's squad stands a good to more than good chance of beating. The rest you'd be looking at
