2A 5th place finisher for New Hampton at 120 pounds. He's had a really great summer, was the #1 ranked Cadet in our FRECO rankings at 126.

Congrats! I believe it was said he just started training Greco hard this year. Getting third at Fargo shows he has put in a lot of work. Such a great young talent!

Good to see him up at 126 as well. Can't win NCAA titles at 113.

He lost to Patrick Ramirez in Semis. Ramirez was 1-2 in CA State last year as a sophomore, but is better at Greco than Folk.

Definitely put a lot more stock in freestyle than Greco.

It's been three years since Renteria focused on freestyle/Greco. I think he is doing okay.

He's 2-0 vs Wagner. Didn't ask why he was up at 126 for Fargo, but the Wagner match will be at 120.
