KFAN Minneapolis headline radio host Dan barrerio was ripping the Ferentz clan this morning for our the worst QB he'd ever seen on the field.

Should have said worse qb evaluation/development staff.

This is way too dramatic. Iowa football is like a bucket of water….stick your hand in the bucket and a few ripples cover the surface…..remove your hand as in a bit, the water turns smooth as glass…..
There is no real damage done to the University….if this was so, the UIowa would have ceased to exist sometime in the early 1970’s. Take a step back from the ledge.

This is not the 70s, it's relevant more today than ever with NIL, portal, and social media.

Iowa's offense IS still 1970s.

I never said anything about the University. The damage has been done to the football program. The University leadership had a hand in that damage.

How’s it gonna change now, halfway thru the season? 3 better offensive players are done for the year…Theyb have a chance to put something together because of the defense……THEY CERTAINLY CANNOT turn it over deep in their own territory like they did Saturday. THAT is why they lost that game.
Their defense is strong enough to win their last 4 games…..the offense just cant be as sloppy as they were last week. If they finish 4-0 I wouldn’t be that surprised. It wont be pretty but “pretty” doesn’t score any points…..
