It has to be your internet I have watched prob 25 events on Peacock have never had it buffer even once.

I think it does.

Only during live action not commercials so if you get a minute behind it sucks.
For some reason during women’s games I can rewind to the start and then fast forward while the game is going. ( even through commercials)
