Potential Needs (Jan says she's looking for 2 in the portal):
- Ball Handling to break a press (replace Lucy) -> Chit-Chat Wright
- Deep 3s to open lane (replace Lucy) -> Chit-Chat Wright -> Emely Rodriguez
- Top Scorer (replace some or all of Lucy's production) -> Chit-Chat Wright -> Emely Rodriguez
- Stretch 3/4 Forward (replace Syd type guard/forward/shooter) -> Emely Rodriguez
- 4/21/25 - Jan talking on OnIowa Live about #1 spot and #3/4 spots

Best Players Available in Portal For Our Possible Needs:
Stretch 3/4:
> Saige Stahl (Indiana State) - Pros: She had good GmSr's against P4/5 teams. She has a good Player Efficiency Rating (21.0) and very high Scoring Efficiency rating (want 1.200 or higher and she has 1.461); Cons: Not big on 3's @ 28.5% (2 for 7). Ast/TO is not good but many forwards get hit in this area. "Last resort" insurance policy backup and probably not cost an arm and a leg
> Courtney Dahlquist (Campbell) - Pros: 37.% 3pt% Cons: Didn't play well against all three P5 teams.
Non-3ptrs (longer shots that can't stretch the floor so I doubt they're even considered):
>Ndjakalenga Mwenentanda (Texas)
Just not a lot of talent left to work with.
