    Nebraska the pity me program

because they are protected cross over opponents for 6 years. Just like Iowa and psu. Is it that hard to comprehend how it works? but look on the bright side anyone can go to a bowl game this year no matter the record. So looks like frosty is In luck for year 3.

    Nebraska the pity me program

true but how the big 12 did it with 2 on and off every 2 years having a protected cross over wouldn’t have worked with how they did their schedule. Big 10 works because we have one East team in psu then Rutgers for 6 years we play every year and rotate the other 6 to play every 3 years. This...

    Nebraska the pity me program

OU still wasn't the deciding factor Because if you had protected crossover rivalry games you had to have one for all 12 teams. So it wasn't just OU saying no and the Big 12 nixing the plan. The Big 12 had to approve this for all 12 teams finding a rival in the opposite division which made no...

    Nebraska the pity me program

That's completely false considering the Big 12 separated the conference by divisions geographically North and South. So it didn't matter what OU or Nebraska did or did not want.

    Nebraska the pity me program

Funny thing this year for non conference they had 3 non power 5 but one was Cincinnati. I bet the Bearcats would've won that game being one of if not the best non power 5 team going into this season. But with the 4 games they lost they would've probably gone 3-1. Frosty better hope he can...

    official schedule release

I agree. I know he and others will argue covid and the unknown of everything. But you got to draw a line somewhere and signing and taking $ from an agent is a bit much in my opinion to let him be eligible.

    official schedule release

Amazing now with this being one game we lose off original 20’ schedule. So if we don’t play them next few years in big 10 title game will go 6 years in between playing them and if my math is correct we would play in Columbus again until 26’. Making it 13 years in between trips to the Horseshoe.

High praise for Keagan Johnson + Friday Night Lights Highlights

Read his brother Cade who is one of the best WR in FCS for SDSU and could be drafted said if he doesn’t enter the draft won’t be playing this fall and could be a highly coveted grad transfer with him never red shirting. Wouldn’t mind him spending a year in IC with Keagan.

Nebraska fans somehow got more annoying

One of my favorite stats I like to throw out as well when they come here spouting off on the glory days touting themselves as a blue blood. Said thing even with a 8-9 game schedule they’ll most likely make it 17 in a row. Not to jump ahead too much but their 21’ schedule is brutal. Osu...

PSA - wear a mask to support college football

Or anyone who lives in the IC area plus quarantine yourself for a few days if you get sick and stay away from any football player & staff member you see at all cost you until after Xmas. In all seriousness I think if we can make it to Thanksgiving Iowa will be in good shape with most of the...

B1G Football is BACK! 9 (8+1) Games in 9 Week Window w/ Oct 23/24 Start Date, which is Crucial w/ Dec 19 B1G Title Game & CFP Teams Revealed Dec 20

Could be the first time in 16 years they don't lose 4 or more games. However I could easily still see them do it especially with what Dochterman tweeted about cross overs if he's right they'd get OSU and PSU.

B1G Football is BACK! 9 (8+1) Games in 9 Week Window w/ Oct 23/24 Start Date, which is Crucial w/ Dec 19 B1G Title Game & CFP Teams Revealed Dec 20

They talked about yesterday on Dan Patrick show. But it sounds like beyond the 4 team playoff most bowls outside of California plan on having their games as of now. No clue how the criteria would change but could be where almost every team could qualify that is playing this fall.

B10 Restart Details Emerge: No fans, all teams play 9 games

I'm not going to complain too much because fan less football is better than no football but how does fan in the stands matter on the health and safety of the players? Why not give each school the option of deciding how many fans they want. I thought what ND was pretty cool allowing students...

    Schedule?

Makes sense as a Buckeye fan. Assuming you win the East odds are you'd play one of the 2 since Iowa and Wisky most are predicting 1-2 with Wisconsin the favorite so that will help your resume. Curious if Big 10 scraps the cross overs this year or still sticks to 2 of the 3. I think as long...

    Schedule?

I agree PSU as teams will probably keep their protected cross over games then will add 1. However Big 10 will set up Ohio State with 2 weak West teams to help make it easier for them to get to the CFB playoffs. One being Nebraska their cross over opponent.

No football is a good thing

Well with the news coming just a few hours later than expected no disappointment here. Make sure to put on a life vest so you don't drown in your tears with the news of football coming back to the Big 10. Also it is you're not your peckerboy

    B10 Restart Announcement TONIGHT!

Dan Patrick and Clay Travis both said on the radio to expect the announcement today. DP with his source has been pretty spot on during all this drama. Also saying start date of the 24th maybe now over the 17th.

    Matt Campbell vs. Paul Rhoads

Yours and post above make a lot of solid points I agree with. I think Campbell is better than Rhoads but maybe a little over hyped. I think Campbell's D coordinator is very good and as you've said kept games close they've pulled off. Another thing MC has going from him is QB play has been lot...
