    Big 12 Bounced

    Listen, the Big12 had an awful showing the tourney, no matter how you slice it. TCU and Texas are the only teams who didn't lose to teams seeded below them. TCU was blown out by a team in a toss-up game who turned around and lost by 40 to Purdue. The Net was manipulated well.

    Almost as little brother as constantly saying "sweet 16" like that is a measuring stick for anyone not living in Ames. Iowa still has more by the way, just like Final Fours, Elite 8's, and tournament appearances.

    100! Still despite Fran's shortcomings, he did have a talk with his son this year about what was best for the team, and sat his Senior son more. That had to be a sad conversation. On to better things.

    I realize you hate Fran, but at some point, we have to use our heads. Pat was averaging 27.5 minutes per game to begin the year, Fran had a talk with him and made his Senior some come off the bench halfway through the year and lowered his minutes to 20 per game for the betterment of the team.

    So, took the day off. Watched a lot of b-ball. No teams starting 4 white guys. Team starting 4 white guys=NIT; starting more black guys=NCAA.

    I mean the conversation was about top 100 Black players on Iowa, which ISU has one sitting the bench. They seem to have struck gold with a hometown PG that was a lifelong ISU fan, that would be nice here.

    Yeah, ISU is using the portal a million times better than Iowa. Most of those portal guys are black. Fran needs to change his ways and go to the portal.

    Kennedy blew it

    It just really sucks to lose an entire team placement because of lack of strategy. It's not just him either, team thing. Get better and stop sitting and waiting til the end of matches and losing to inferior wrestlers.
