    Does the sound of a wood splitter, tractor, mower, chain saw running, etc, violate the silence clause here? Because I have a lot of personal "quiet" time while doing these types of tasks. And still a fair amount of total quiet while fishing, hunting, woodworking.

    Aaaaannnnddd...he resisted many legit requests immediately prior to the shots starting. I have ZERO sympathy for the deceased shooter...as soon as you start resisting AND produce a weapon...it's open season as far as I am concerned.
