    Tampering?

And who was that "someone"? Mike Farrell. Seems oddly ironic to me.

    Jeff Beck RIP

Great song. At the time, I was pretty much all about rock and blues, and had zero recognition of Beck's jazz influences. I recently listened to Blow by Blow again and realized that was my introduction to jazz fusion ... I just didn't know it.

    Jeff Beck RIP

No, I didn't see him then (I was living in NC Iowa until last year when I came home :) ) But I did see them when they played at the Fieldhouse. I'll PM you with some dates in a couple of weeks. We just had a group meeting tonight discussing several opportunities do our Allman Bros tribute...

    Jeff Beck RIP

Do you live in the IC area? Glad to see that your band appreciates the Allman Brothers. Oh yeah, 2 drummers, 2 guitarists, Hammond.... We did an Allman Bros tribute at the Englert in October.

    Jeff Beck RIP

My band plays entire Allman Bros sets. No question Duane Allman is underrated in the whole scheme of things. On a related note Derek Trucks is hotter than a firecracker.

    Jeff Beck RIP

One of the best? Without question. As a musician, I try to avoid the ultimate subjective question - who is/was the best. I typically think in terms of "Top 5", or something. And even then I think in terms of "favorites". All that said, he's certainly in my Top 5. I wore the grooves off of Blow...

    Filip

Haha, no worries at all. My post was lighthearted, as well. It was very true, but void of attitude, trust me :)

If it helps, my son is a client of Tristan's and works out with all of those guys.

    Filip

Actually, Tristan Spurlock has been working with Filip for nearly a year. Patrick and Connor, as well. That's one of the reasons Tristan was invited to join the staff.

    Andrel Anthony Jr.

I think that'd be a pretty good guess. And since one guess is as good as another, it wouldn't surprise me if IA was on the inside track.

    Seth Benson ?

Agreed. It's just hard to recall many bad plays, missed tackles, etc. (I can't actually recall any, but I don't know shit). He just seemed like a REALLY solid player.

    Oline

I think we need some nasty bullies in there. We're really missing Lindy's aggressiveness. I understand that he was highly skilled, but it seems we need an attitude adjustment.

    Deacon Hill

I'm wondering if this is the real reason May left.

    Seth Benson ?

I think we'll miss him more than we realize.

Post bowl game quote by KF says it all . . .

IMO, this is the epiphany KF needs to have. I watched all of those games and I believe those were all legit defenses and I do NOT believe they had bad games. I think it's crystal clear that at this juncture elite offenses beat elite defenses. In both college and the pros, just think of how many...

Post bowl game quote by KF says it all . . .

Tell me if you've heard this one before .... If IA had even an average offense, they'd have won 10 games. Maybe 11. Seriously, I heard that.

    Bye-Bye Carson May

Not sure if I'm reading the tea leaves correctly, but I'm thinking there will be 4. I'm guessing NO ONE - including Petras himself - fancies him as a starter. But 4th string might not be too bad.

    Petras coach????????

Maybe there's news out there, but my take on Petras' announcement was that he was coming back to support McNamara. Not sure what that would look like, but I can see them breaking down film together ... stuff like that. But coaching? That's not what it sounds like. Honestly, I'd be surprised if...

Post bowl game quote by KF says it all . . .

I don't think ANYBODY is happy about this year's offense. IMO, the debate bowls down to this: can KF fix it? Yes or no? People talking about KFs long term record are simply saying that they think he can. Others think he can't.

Post bowl game quote by KF says it all . . .

Good grief. He just won a bowl game against an opponent that beat them last year, coached by a former player, a shut out by an awesome defense, 2 pick sixes by young budding stars, great games by his senior players that made it very clear they were playing because of their love for the program...
