    Everybody be gettin divorced

It's amazing how cocky people are especially when they don't even do basic research. 45 percent of married Boomers have had a divorce. You were wrong, so figure that one out. But then again that requires Boomers to actually interpret data.

Iowa's very own and overrated Zach Johnson--Meltdown

The "parenting" I see at youth sports is just awful. I don't recall any parents like that when I was a kid back in the 90s.

Iowa's very own and overrated Zach Johnson--Meltdown

What did he do? I'm not going to watch it.

Iowa's very own and overrated Zach Johnson--Meltdown

Well he said, "F off" to somebody then. I have never heard anyone say "F off" and direct it to themselves.

Iowa's very own and overrated Zach Johnson--Meltdown

I have zero input on Zach's character but he very clearly said it towards the patrons. It's kind of funny in his presser he basically says I didn't say it but if I did, I apologize. He knows he said it. He clearly was frustrated and got caught up in the moment.

Marjorie Taylor Greene admits to being a part of an Insurrection

There is no Democrat even close to being as bad as her.

    Kamala. WTF?

We watched the Iowa LSU game with a small group of friends. The nice part was everyone was into the actual game. The shitty part was everyone was into the actual game. It's funny how the people who know the least about basketball are the ones who comment the most.

    Kamala. WTF?

Yep. Before the recent surge in popularity of women's hoops (thank you Caitlin Clark) I got into a discussion with my SIL (no pics) about this exact issue. She's pretty cool otherwise but thought it was unfair how little attention women's sports was getting. Then we had a conversation that...

U.S. Economy Added 303,000 Jobs in March

A couple years ago, yes. But in the last year I have actually seen many walk that back and say we are not on the verge of one. Rs took an economist forecast in 2021 and have run with it since then. I'm not saying this economy is the 90s but damn I just laugh at people like my neighbor who says...

    Kamala. WTF?

Agreed. She's going to go down with W and Trump as saying some of the dumbest shit possible.

U.S. Economy Added 303,000 Jobs in March

I mean many on the Right have been predicting a Recession non-stop since 2021. Three years later and still no recession and there isn't one on the near horizon. GDP growth is over 3% and unemployment is low.

    Kamala. WTF?

She strikes me as one of those people who doesn't care about sports who wants people to think she cares about sports. Try watching an Iowa women's basketball game with people who are "sudden fans" of basketball in general. It'd be like that. Yikes.

Will you move if Trump wins?

Yes but you said you were just replying to a post that bitched about small towns. That post you speak of did not bitch about small towns. You were the one who brought the big town vs small town into this thread. You. No one else. Otherwise, I agree with what you say.

U.S. Economy Added 303,000 Jobs in March

This is why I laugh when Rs tell me the media is extreme left leaning. Why then does 70% of the country think the economy is bad? It's beacuse Fox News reaches far and wide. I've talked about some of my Trump loving neighbors before but the husband basically is a repeat machine of Fox News...

But the economy ... something something ....

Will you move if Trump wins?

No, the post you replied to that started this didn't mention anything about small towns. He was talking about the pros of living in a metro area and that means he doesn't have to see the MAGA types. It's usually a common complaint of the RIght of how bad big cities are. But I have to tell you...

Will you move if Trump wins?

So do you see how what you just said could also be applied to larger cities and metro areas as well?

    Autism Rates Per Year (ASD)

This. Those numbers don't necessarily mean a higher prevalence of autism. It could mean we have greatly expanded the defintion and scope of autism to include people it didn't before. It's probably some of both though.
