    Yes, but this legislative amendment includes refusal to provide identification, which is different than identifying yourself.

    They way I read it, the bill expands the definition of "obstruction" (running from the police, refusal to leave the scene, etc.) to include: Proposed law retains present law, and adds that "obstruction of" also means the failure to provide or display the person's state issued driver's license...

    We got one earlier this year. They're a bitch to put together, but comfortable and durable. We got the bundle at Costco, which includes blankets, pillows, a "squattoman" and a moviesac, which looks ridiculous but is insanely comfortable.
