Not necessarily so…yet to be fully vetted and adjudicated…much more to be said…and what happens after several states are charged with “voting” on accessibility? Long ways to go… that and “school vouchers” are very early in their discourse. Plus…in a few years, perhaps a new Supreme Court will weigh in on the issues…
