Cry some more. The Constitution gives him this power and thanks to your Supreme Court, he could literally be openly auctioning off pardons to people if he wanted and there would be nothing any of us could do about it. He's 80+ years old and completely out of f**ks to give. You should be happy he's been as restrained as he has.

Those pardoned Thursday had been convicted of nonviolent crimes such as drug offenses and turned their lives around, White House lawyers said. They include a woman who led emergency response teams during natural disasters; a church deacon who has worked as an addiction counselor and youth counselor; a doctoral student in molecular biosciences; and a decorated military veteran.

The president had previously issued 122 commutations and 21 other pardons. He’s also broadly pardoned those convicted of use and simple possession of marijuana on federal lands and in the District of Columbia, and pardoned former U.S. service members convicted of violating a now-repealed military ban on consensual gay sex.

The entire left believes they are above the law and that should go without saying with what has gone on the last 4 years--back to election night 2020 and the burning of America--and recent events. Take a look here and report back on how many laws were broken at this week's murderapolis city clowncil meeting >

I am pretty sure defying federal mandates/laws is a crime... Why do democrats hate democracy?
Thankfully the new border czar has outright stated that federal law will take precedent over local law and they will have no choice to comply, or be arrested for obstruction. Let's see how that game of chicken plays out given dem behavior these last 4 years with lawfare.

Sounds like we need to start indicting Governors and AGs for dereliction of duty and prosecute them for any federal laws they intentionally break. I’m all for it. The last four years Democrats have increasingly gone off the deep end out of control, someone or some mechanism needs to be in place to reel them back into following their sworn duties.

If they refuse to do their jobs, indict them.

Martial law. Start handing out treason indictments.
