One of Mrs. A's college friends worked there 20 years (til, of course, she was eligible for federal retirement benefits). Then she left at 3. Honestly, it was like a government employee version of the "How I spent my summer vacation" report in Cheech and Chong's old bit "Sister Mary Elephant".
