Lisbon is coached by Iowa National Champion Brad Smith. Coach Smith is one title shy of tying Bob Siddens for most state championships won by an Iowa high school wrestling coach.

For pure small town Iowa high school wrestling entertainment, you cannot beat the Lisbon - Don Bosco dual meet. That is high school wrestling.

I thought there were only 3 Don Bosco high schools in the US, NJ, Iowa and California?

I know there are some technical Don Bosco schools, but only 3 actual Don Bosco High schools. I'm probably wrong on that though, just some useless trivia in my head
