Well it looks like the 16U tournament is in Utah and that can’t be cheap for most states. So, you get the best kid who will pay to go instead of the best kid most times. Most these guys wrestle at Fargo too which can be pricey and families just have to choose. Iowa always makes it a priority and the results show. A lot of states take a line-up more like why you’d see at the AAU or Disney duals.
