The footage is grainy, and the camera work is rudimentary, but here's a video of the 1968 NCAA finals. (I hadn't seen it posted on here before; if it has been, my apologies.) Gable is up at the 14:54 mark. He rides his guy like a blanket, but he's not yet the juggernaut who would go on to pin 25 straight opponents in his junior year. It's very interesting to see how much the sport has evolved in 49 years.
