Never been more proud to be an alumni and fan. It hurts like somebody close to me died. It hurts because I truly love these players and what they've done for myself as a long time Hawkeye supporter. No, they won't be going to Pasadena but I really don't give a rats butthole. This effort made me feel like I've invested 30 years of my life on the right institution. Hold your heads high boys! With the results of this season, and next year's home schedule, we should sell-out our B1G games, the ISU game, and the maybe the NDSU game as well.

If Drew Ott gets his 5th year and Desmond King doesn't leave for the NFL, I could see us being back in the B1G championship. It's going to be tougher to repeat this year's success next year because everybody will be gunning for us and we will not be 'under-the-radar'.
