Q: How did your visit to Iowa go?
LAPE: It is a great atmosphere. I love all the coaches and they are very easy to talk to. It was a great time and it was an exciting win too.
Q: What did you get an opportunity to do while on campus?
LAPE: "When we went there we ate a meal. Then they give us a strength and conditioning talk about the program. Then we walked over to the stadium and got on the field during pre game."
Q: What would you consider the highlight of the trip?
LAPE: It was just talking to the coaches before and after the game. Before the game it was cool being close to the players and seeing them."
Q: How do you feel about Iowa overall?
LAPE: It is a great school and they got a great program going. It is Iowa football. They have a lot of Iowa kids, especially in Northeast Iowa with Parker Hesse and Josey Jewell. It is cool seeing the kids you watched and then seeing them perform down there."
Q: What other visits do you have planned?
LAPE: Nothing really right now. I am focused on the high school season and we are taking it week by week.
Q: Have you been to Iowa this fall previously?
LAPE: I went to the week one game against Illinois State.
Q: How were the game day atmosphere different?
LAPE: There were more fans there (against Pittsburgh) but they were both exciting. They were pretty equal but there were more fans and the fans were louder.
