I think if we could get that First commitment for 2022 from a Bowen, Nickel or Filipowski it would start the ball rolling for others to follow. I understand that most kids are waiting for visits to open up again but it only takes one quality player to lay the ground work for an outstanding recruiting class.

I’d start by identifying freshmen at mid majors who had big years and start putting out feelers.

I seriously doubt that 33 means it literally. Most of his posts are either sarcastic or bad troll attempts.
I know Fran prefers to recruit kids out of HS and spend time determining if they will be a fit with the team on and off the court. He has done an outstanding job of bringing in kids who stay out of trouble. Unfortunately, I think transferring is going to continue with a lot more frequency, and it needs to be a part of future recruiting. Iowa will be at a huge disadvantage, if Iowa doesn't get much more active in the transfer portal going forward. I personally don't like it, but it is what it is...

Josh also received an offer from Purdue. I don't know much about him but I hope he can take a defender off the dribble, create his own shot and play some defense.
