What's even worse is there are more registered democrats than republicans so that tells you just how bad he really is. Those numbers are even worse than reported as there are still some (this board is a prime example) that support this dumbass.

Yes, because supporting the POTUS, no matter who, is now a bad idea?

There is a difference between showing support and blindly following a person no matter his flaws. The GOP should learn that. If Trump runs again, Biden will get my vote. If someone sane who represents me runs (fiscally responsible, not an asshat, not trying to enrich himself and family, not trying to take away gay rights or abortion, understands foreign policy and the impacts it has domestically, not trying to make themselves Putin, amongst others) is the GOP candidate ill gladly punch that ticket.

I dont have much faith in voting R.

You will never vote for a Republican, no matter who it is.

For me, you are correct. There is almost NOTHING that the curren t national or Iowa GOP and I agree upon. The GOP refuses to oversee its own at both levels whereas the Dems, tho far from perfect have even to the point of removing Dems from office. If you refuse to police and control your own, how can you be expected to manage others? The answer is very simple……you can’t.

I certainly won't. When the GOP decided to be the party of Trump, Qanon, nutcase conspiracy theories and doing everything they can to form a theocracy, I made the decision to never vote for anyone associated with that "party" again.
But you're cool with Muslims who hate Jews and marry their brothers, killing cops, looting and burning buildings, handouts galore, record inflation and criminals roaming free? Well, you get what you vote for. Enjoy. LOL!

Yeah……sounds exactly like the society Trump created.

come on man. Our party has major flaws, it’s VERY apparent! Dems have flaws too. Those are also apparent.

But until some non-asshat, non-hate spouting, non-individualism Republican comes along, (and there are still a few), I’m voting strictly on platform…..not party

6 posts to turn a non trump thread into a trump thread. Who has the issue now?

I say vote who you want to and then live with the consequences. This is what the American people wanted and they are getting it. Not just POTUS which plays a small part but representatives and senators.

You could probably count me among the 61%, but as long as the GOP puts forth treasonous deplorables, I'll continue to vote for him.
Actually voting for him and approving of him are two different things.

It's like being forced to choose between the flu and Covid.

You could also say the democrats are the party of being lax on crime, handouts, open borders, and socialism. That is every bit as valid as what you posted.

Point being…..painting either party with a wide brush full of mostly falsehoods is ridiculous, and pure hyperpartisanship. Something I try to avoid.

I vote candidate…..not party.

Your partisanship is showing.

But….not going to argue with you. Personally, I vote candidate not party…..others vote by party only. That is their prerogative.

Best president since Lincoln, some are saying.

I was over-thinking on the action of approving or disapproving on the presidency, and initially I landed on I am just neutral on my approval. Biden has essentially accomplished what I thought he would which is essentially nothing. The Democrats currently only really control the executive branch because of the way the Senate works.

I, however, kept thinking on it, and I will go with approve of his term to date. Sure, inflation on food and gas prices is pretty terrible right now, but imagine potential disaster that could have been created with a different president when the Ukraine/Russia conflict started.

Given what we were dealt, and where we are currently at, I could only really see things being worse under a different president.

Who is saying that?

FDR was the best President ever……you can rank Lincoln and Washington after him……now if your looking and “best President ever” list from the bottom up….Trump will be real close to the top with Harding and Buchanan…..

Out of context usage of something from 14 months ago. But you do you. Nice post here earlier on and then you go and do this again. 1 step forward and 2 steps back. What President Biden had to step into after the shit show of 2016-2020 and days after an attempted coup on the Federal government was unprecedented to say the least similar to the time of Lincoln. The GOP has done NOTHING but undermine, lie, gaslight and obstruct him since day 1 making situations and issues infinitely worse so they can blame him. I look forward to the January 6th hearings aired in primetime in June to out all of these traitor scumbags who should be expelled from Congress.

The racism of course comes along with the fascism.

I'll never get on board with a political party that let's career criminals run amok with zero consequences. If you don't have safety for you and your Family you don't have shit, IMO.
