Not an excuse for coughing up a winnable game yesterday. By no means should it be construed as such. But holy hell, that's a long stretch in conference play to only be in the friendly confines once.
In looking over schedules of other teams, unless Doodle missed something, Iowa is also the only team in the Big Ten with two separate 2-game roadstands in conference play.
Yes, we don't play OSU or Michigan....but other than that, our schedule is certainly not the cakewalk some have characterized it as.
