57 Flo rankings

Wow,, #7, nice.

Full Rankings

B1G
#1 Nolf
#4 Murphy
#8 Lewis
#9 Short
#11 Ryan
#12 Berger
Pretty loaded with 6 in the top 12, but I think Kendawg can make B1G finals and AA

I think Kemerer making the B1G Finals will have a lot to do with Murphy's health(which should favor Kemerer). He is pretty injury prone and was dealing with injuries even when he AA'd. If healthy he is the best of the rest after Nolf, Palacio and Smith. How Kemerer does against him should be a great barometer for Kemerer's success this season!

Is anyone else surprised by Short's ranking. I wasn't even sure he would make the line up. Has the other stuff going on up in MN affected what '49 and '57 are going to look like?

I was butch, but he is pretty good.he and Brandon where neck and neck for awhile.still 9 seems a little for his accomplishments.

Was surprised by Short as well at 9. Thought MAYBE in the 12-15 range. Hopefully he can put it all together.

Right where I thought he'd be 6-10 range. I was thinking Fredy was going 157, does Short beat him out?

125-Lizak
133-Brancale/Polakowski
141-Thorn
149- Stroker
157-Short
165-Kingsley/Early
174-Wanzek
184-Steveson
197-Pfarr
285-Kroells

I have seen Early linked to both 157 and 165 so not sure where he hopes to win the spot.

Seems like a better fit to me. He's packed on quite a bit of muscle so I was thinking he was heading to 157.

I know the cut to 66kg was difficult when Stroker tried to make it for JR WTTs last spring, but he's really focused on what he is eating to get down to 149 on consistent basis and doing it the right way.

Two Points:

1) Looking at the guys at the weight, no reason to think that Kemdawg can't make the finals. Not B10, but NCAA's. Jo Jo is a tough out for sure, but Palacio, Murphy, Minotti and Rohskopf are all beatable. Palacio and Minotti have had injury illness issues. Rohskopf looked like a decent sized 165 last year, it seems that the weight cut is going to be tough on him. Obviously, Nolf is the man here and Jo Jo is better than he looked at NCAAs, but I'm thinking Mike is poised to have a monster year for the hawks.

2) The Minnesota lineup looks much improved over last year and while maybe not a great tournament team, looks like a pretty solid dual team.

Eggum is going to need to put his best lineup out there to increase his chances at being permanent. McKee better be the guy at 133 because 133 is a giveaway weight with who you project.

Short might be the better fit at 57...have heard he is the toughest guy in the room at times but it fails to translate under the lights. Maybe he just can't cut weight effectively or something.
