This recipe is actually on the back of the bottle of Heinz 57 steak sauce.
You basically cut the Heinz 57 with honey, and marinade the chicken in that for 30 minutes or so. Then you grill (I hot smoked), glazing with more of the honey-sauce mixture toward the end of the cook.
Taste-wise, the "57" taste is subtle... tastes like any other ordinary honey-bbq sauce. The breast would have benefitted from brining, and I think I'd add some sort of rub to the party next time, even if just course ground black pepper.
But over all, it was pretty good!
