60 Minutes just did a segment on the South China Sea.

Meanwhile neither Harris or Trump ever mention the S. China Sea. Trump is too busy talking about dogs and cats and Harris either talks about nothing specific or reproductive rights.

If this was Kennedy vs Nixon in 1960, they would both be all over this.

It's my hope that someone, somewhere is taking Taiwan seriously. The ramifications of Taiwan falling would be widespread.

Bullshit. You want WW3 it is Russia invading proper Europe. Ukraine is the bread basket of Europe. To take over Taiwan, they would have to destroy it, which means all of the technology there is gone.

Dispassionately, I don’t think china can take Taiwan. I don’t think they can project force to Taiwan. If we provide naval and air support china wouldn’t have a chance in hell.
