The piece is about Doctors who work with the Israeli Ministry of Health who conducted a 6 month study investigating adverse reactions admit that the published report is inconsistent with their findings. The Doctors found all sorts of issues such as new reactions, and known reactions lasted significantly longer than previously advertised, but the publication did not include any of it. The report is fraudulent, or so they claim. Then they apparently have the head researcher warning the Ministry of Health that they need to be careful about how they present these findings so it doesn't lead to a massive amount of lawsuits.
And they cannot publish their findings, so they have to make a Youtube video instead.

Now, go see if you can find a peer reviewed study on these happenings, be sure it's in a reputable journal, with a large sample size, and stick it into your bung hole.

She is a statistician at the University of Oxford Nuffield Department of Primary Health Care Sciences in England.
"This analysis provides important information that may help guide public health vaccine campaigns, particularly since COVID-19 vaccination has expanded in many parts of the world to include children as young as 6 months old," Patone said.
