with Georgia down so much in black voters since 2012, and up so high in white voters, the Hispanics have shown a small percentage of improvement, I'm doubting it will matter much

looks like Arizona and Nevada from that graph might be a little better for dems wanting Hispanics, than Georgia is

* Edit: now i've read the graph... The population has done nothing but increase... significantly. Probably 75% of midwest state license plates are driven by black people. I would say the number of hispanics are down because new construction isn't what it was before the Bush meltdown.
