Nothing earth shattering by any means but:
Sounds like their intention is to be pass happy and take shots downfield but they're preaching "stay away from #14".
They are staying in CR this afternoon and not traveling to Kinnick for a walk through. A little unusual but their fist look inside the stadium will be when they arrive tomorrow.
Dan's message is that they've competed with the big boys and had success offensively against teams like Alabama, they can do the same against Iowa. Despite the game face, the underlying tone I get is that they realize it's going to be a long day. They're banking on Ott not playing which they hope will help. I think they feel a bit helpless matching up against our offense (but you'll never hear Dan say that).
After a very limited peak behind the Mean Green curtain I predict 42-10 Iowa in a game that doesn't even feel that close.
