AAU 2025

Its still crazy that a player like Bjorn plays for the AIA. I mean she lives in KC. I know the teams travel, but do they ever practice together? o_O

And Chloe lives in Duluth....etc etc etc...players from all over the Midwest play with or have played with AIA

KK Arnold lived in Milwaukee

I get that. Its just interesting how that happens now. My youngest played on AAU teams that traveled, but teams were more local and traveled together. You didn't see kids from multiple states, and not even like right across state lines being on teams. I know that was 25 years ago. I'm old.......

Just convert AIA to Iowa Hawkeyes. A class of Bjorn, Lewis and Koupal would be a great 2026 class. A PG/SG, WF and PF. All three have great handles, pass well and can shoot. Add those three to our past two classes and we'd be back in the final four. One can wish.

Bjorn skills are really good. It's hard to imagine she fell in some of the ratings. I see why these players want to play with and against others who have similar skill sets.
Was hoping to see her dunk one. Guess I'll have to catch a couple of Park Hill South games...

Bjorn is a top 10 player without a doubt.

She's having a monster performance at EYBL...most of what I've seen seems to be either perimeter shooting or power forward type stuff where she's catching passes down low or cleaning up. Can anyone comment on her ability to cut/drive? Say we do land the dream scenario and have both her and Woliczko...in my mind, Woliczo seems more cut-out as a college-level power forward and Bjorn seems more like a small forward...

She is so athletic playing on the perimeter would seem like the natural fit.
