I'm waiting for the fine print on that one. How do you give money to something that does not exist? My guess is they threw Trump a bone and he gets to scream about how he won a giant settlement, ABC pays the lawyers, and at most they set aside some money with a time frame that an established non profit be set up with an actual mission statement and framework to put a small library in Mar A Lardo. And, Trump can't even pull that off.
