According to this definition of rape…..

Well since the federal court allowed a lawsuit against this "definition of rape," not sure what your point is.

I guess my point is; are the women’s groups that are promoting this “grey rape” concept willing to accuse the former President of the crime? It’s one thing to attempt to railroad some poor college schlub. It’s entirely another to accuse Democrat icon, Bill Clinton. And while I do not know the political leanings of the people involved, I’d bet dollars to donuts I could make an accurate guess.
BTW, I’m not defending their definition. I think it’s absurd. All I’m asking about is consistency. All I’m curious about is how deep their convictions run.

Refresh my memory. Did Bill penetrate Monica? Is it rape if it was just a BJ she regretted? What if the basis of her regret was a lost filling? If she is giving the BJ, isn't she in the dominate role and raping him?

We are entering Bizarro World. How far will the pendulum swing before it comes crashing back.

There was a case of a male Amhurst student who was expelled after a woman performed oral sex on him while he was blacked out. She regretted it and had him kicked out of school. Since he was unable to prove the act was consensual, boom, he’s out. So, oral is enough.

That sounds dumb. Oral is always consensual, duh.

What women's groups are promoting "regret equals rape". This article states the person denies the notion that regret equals rape.

In “grey rape” cases, consent is irrelevant. I was just using the Amhurst case to demonstrate that oral sex is still sex, and even if the woman initiates the action, the man is still responsible if the woman later regrets it.

That's not true. If they consent, it's not grey rape.

And I'm not defending Amhurst or W&L. There is definitely a double standard. But it seems the point of this thread is to say women's groups think regret = rape; Monica regretted blowing Bill; ergo women's groups should think Bill raped Monica. But no women's groups are actually claiming regret = rape.
