what is interesting is that Ulis allegedly placed approximately 1,850 bets using FanDuel totaling $34,800. Among those bets, 740 were before he was 21 years old, the legal age to gamble in Iowa. There were also 340 wagers on NCAA events, including one on an Iowa football game.

How the heck did he get reinstated? Good lawyer?
