Your 25'er last yr, the guy that rides like a tree sloth? I think he took his degree straight to manager at the border fireworks stand.
Wasn't that the guy Trump fired? Or was it the pyrotechnics that got fired? I get confused like that.

I can't wait for tomorrow. How many mats will there be? Will TrackWrestling or FloArena cover the tournament so we can figure out Mat Assignments? Hopefully, it will be easy to watch multiple matches at once on ESPN and know what matches are going on and coming up. Thanks.

8 mats

I usually pair with track wrestling, but the feeds will scroll who is wrestling and on deck for each mat.

You can watch up to 4 mats at once on your laptop.

Can you explain how I pull up 4 mats on the laptop?

First, of course, I log into ESPN3 using my DirecTV password.

Does ESPN3 stream only one event live at a time? I assume it will be clear where to click to watch Nationals.

So then how do I go about putting 4
mats on my screen? I assume they'll have an icon for each mat. So I click on one mat at a time, and up to 4 will show up on my screen?

Can I put another 4 mats in a separate tab and just toggle back and forth between the two tabs to see all 8 mats? If that's possible, mat assignments won't be as big a deal, as it will be easy to get to any mat quickly.

Of course, the quality of the stream becomes an issue, too. I'll be surprised if there isn't a bunch of buffering happening.

If any of you ESPN3 gurus have any pointers, I'm all ears.

Hats off to ESPN for providing this coverage! Still remember the days of listening to Nationals on an old transistor radio, through the static. My, how times have changed.

Not that you actually listened to me this morning about wifi on airplanes, but here goes anyway:

You don't "log on" to ESPN3. The term ESPN3 describes ESPN online-only content.

You log on to WatchESPN or by using the WatchESPN app. The app carries all ESPN network content (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNNews, Longhorn Network, SEC Network, etc.) You get access to this through cable/satellite or Internet Service Provider.

WatchESPN or the WatchESPN app has a setting that allows for watching multiple videos at the same time. That's how you see multiple mats. It puts them all within the normal viewing window.

If you have a good Internet signal then this works well. Again, airlines block streaming videos. The bandwidth just isn't there for them to provide this.

Some like to use Chromecast or other devices to put the computer feed onto their TV. This depends on WiFi to work successfully so results may vary dependent upon Internet/router/modem capabilities. If you use this, I suggest you use an ethernet cable to connect your computer to the modem so you cut down on the amount of WiFi in the system. Should help with buffering.

If you have multiple monitors-use one for Internet explorer and use one for google chrome. You can login to both. So you can watch two full screen matches or 4 on each monitor. I usually just have track on my phone to see mat assignments. Track can be spoiler though bc it's usually ahead of the stream.

As many have said above me, You won't need to 'log in' to anything. If you have an internet/cable package that provides ESPN on cable, you should have ESPN3 online. (LINK HERE: wrestling is at the bottom of the page for upcoming events)

You'll notice if you click on one of the live events on the side, that when it pops up, in the bottom right corner of the video player, right next to the full screen option, there is a button that looks like 4 little boxes. Click that, and you'll be able to put up 4 mats on one screen, then full screen that for maximum viewing pleasure.

What i'll be doing is hooking up my laptop to the big screen with an HDMI cord, then using the dual screen option (instead of putting the current screen up on the TV, it acts as like a 2nd monitor, so if you move your mouse to the right off your screen it will just continue on to the other screen.) to pull up another window, and do the same thing with the other 4 mats, so you'll have all 8 mats in total. 4 on the computer screen, and 4 on the other computer monitor/TV.

Well, not quite. WatchESPN (or "ESPN3" as you used it) will ask you to verify your cable/ISP by prompting you to log in to your cable/ISP website. (I did mistype earlier--it doesn't require you to have an ESPN account.)

Hmm thats odd, when I logged on to watch ESPN I didn't have to verify anything or log on to anything (perhaps I logged in a previous time in the past and it saved? But this is the first time i've done so on this laptop.) and I was able to watch any of the current live events right now.

Same here.........new laptop.....BB game came up that is going live right now. No login. Whatever. o_O

Just tried it out with SlingTV provider through WatchESPN app and it worked perfect! Game on!

Okay Lax (or anybody else). I am not seeing the icon that allows me to switch to the 4 mat viewing option. I have the full screen icon but nothing next to it that allows me to switch from the single mat option. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I'm having same issue. I am however using an iPad. What gives?

May only be available on laptops. Otherwise I have no idea why it's not showing up.

If you are connected via an approved ISP you don't have to login for ESPN3, just if you're streaming a tv channel.

I've had it on my laptop, my iPad, and my Roku. iPad and Roku using the WatchESPN app/channel.
I think the issue is being able to view 4 mats. I'm able to get the app on my iPad and then thru hdmi to my tv, but I can't get 4 quadrants i.e. 4 mats at once

I'm hearing that it depends upon your ISP. Some are getting the 4 mat button and others aren't.

For me it depended on what browser I was using. Google chrome seemed to work best, while Internet Explorer and Firefox didn't give me the four mat option. I have never run into that in the past, so it may be new security settings at work.

I was able to pull up two separate players though and have eight mats going on dual screens.
