Alternative for Quickbooks Small Business?

Wife has been using it for a few years for her home business and doesn’t care for it. She’s considering getting someone do do her books for her, but in the meantime is looking for software options. Anyone using something else?

I've been using Quickbooks for about 15 years and I'm thinking about switching but just haven't gotten around to it. Call it inertia or just laziness. One that I've thought about trying is Sage50 (formerly Peachtree). They offer a free trial through their website so she can see if she likes it before buying.

I previously had issues with Quickbooks. It wasn't easy to set things up the way I wanted to. Try FreshBooks.

Take a look at Xero. I prefer it to QB, but QB certainly dominates the market.
