Now you want Obama getting involved in local law enforcement? The poor guy is like ciggy, he just can't win.
Bill's 'golden years' might actually be looking up from the floor of his federal prison cell while his dominant cellmate gives him a golden shower.
The biggest crime is he's been getting away with these crimes for at least 40 years.

Sec. 841(b)(7), provides criminal penalties of up to 20 years imprisonment for any person who distributes a controlled substance, such as Rohypnol, to a person with the intent to commit a crime of violence, including rape. The Act does not federalize any new conduct inasmuch as the distribution of a controlled substance is already a federal crime. It does, however, establish the basis for harsher penalties under federal law if the distribution facilitates a violent crime.
I think you missed my point. For I'm not saying Obama couldn't or even shouldn't deal with Cosby. I'm saying your allies often say that, but here made the opposite point.

This is a bad deal. If he assaulted these women, he should be in jail. Regardless of guilt, as a black man he will be found guilty.

Since many of the victims were white.... if Obama pardons Cosby I wonder if there will be massive demonstrations by WPM (White Pu**y Matters).
