Bump. Every Iowa fan needs to read this. It's a good summary of the challenge before us and how we can meet that challenge and help propel Iowa wrestling back to the top of the sport. Even less diehard wrestling fans need to be aware of this. Most Iowa fans are wrestling fans to some degree, just based on our incredible history in the sport. I have no doubt that lots of more casual wrestling fans will want to pitch in for the HWC and the new facility, even if to a lesser degree than the more avid wrestling fans. And, of course, the more, the merrier. Tens of thousands more monthly donations, even if smaller, obviously add up fast.

Great interview to share on Facebook and tweet on Twitter. The more awareness among all Iowa fans, the more of a financial boost for the HWC and Iowa wrestling.

Well it was a nice weekend so many people were probably outside. Great interview! Living in WI makes it hard for me to make events. I'm glad we can now do the monlthy donation and amazon smile (signed up for both) I'll continue to support and donate from afar and I look forward to more and more doing so now that the word is getting out. Financial support is clearly a big part of a programs sucess( we see that with tOSU & PSU). No reason the best and largest fan base can't be more involved with that to help get Iowa wrestling back on top.

Randy, is there a way to get an aggregate total when someone makes a donation on the HWC donate page? So the total goes up with each donation. I know you receive donations via other means so it will not always be accurate but occasionally then you can go in and update the total. At least it will be accurate for the web-based effort that has occurred...
