This is cosmetic surgery though. I don't think amputation falls under that category. I would agree that it might be unethical but the patient needs to take responsibility.
Yep. She seems pretty happy with the results, so it’s not like the surgeon(s) botched what she was trying to achieve.
The only caveat I would add is that if she is mentally ill and the surgeon is taking advantage of that for his own profit then that’s wrong.
