Annual Morbidity in the United States before and after vaccines

Talk about cherry picking data. Mumps surged as more and more went to college. Recent (last 20 years) cases included an uptick in vaxed people. Also, there have been major changes in treatments.

Wouldn’t the last 20 years that included vaxed individuals help support the claim?

What exactly are you arguing with this point?

Amen!

I'm one of the few Americans that believe in vaccines.

I've received 7 covid vaccines plus a flu shot and feel great.

So there is zero data to be skeptical of vaccines but for some darn reason the pharmaceutical companies get liability waivers for the vaccines so they cannot be sued.
Because, rather than face endless lawsuits from idiots like you, they just got out of the vaccine market. And…FYI…it was the idiots like you that championed a no-fault system that got them some money as opposed to the endless losses they experienced in the courts.

You got what you wanted.

Please explain. Anyone?

Go Crazy Wtf GIF

Only if you have valid reasons. You don't. There is zero data to support skepticism.
So Fauci gave us the following quotes..... "I am the science" and "It's going to be years before we get a vaccine."

15 minutes later we got a vaccine.

You don't see why at least one American would want to ask a question or two?

Percentage wise, I should have clarified.

Less than 20% of Americans have received the updated covid vaccine.

Just because you have some weird fetish about one vaccine doesn't mean that Americans are anti-vax as a whole. There are dozens of other vaccines that Americans get, Hep A/B, DTaP, Polio, Flu, etc. Hell, if I printed my vaccine record, you'd probably put it on the wall of your garage like a pin-up girl. ;)

How many of those vaccines are required by schools and what are the vaccination rates?

Only 35% of Americans have received the flu shot this year.

I think it's fair to say that anti-vaxxers are a majority of Americans now.

Again, you're cherry picking. Vaccines are vaccines and 90% of American children receive ALL of the required vaccinations. Surveys indicate that only 10-15% of Americans hold strong anti-vaccine views, with the majority expressing trust in vaccines to prevent disease.

I wonder why a minority of Americans get optional vaccines like flu and covid?

Well, that “one American” would be as dumb as a f’n stump because it was TRUMP who claimed Fauci said that and Fauci never said any such thing. Fauci said, barring any problems, it could take a year to a year and a half and it took nine months.

Jan. 22, 2020 - "We likely will be able, unless there are unanticipated roadblocks, to start a Phase I trial in about three months.”

Mar. 3, 2020 - "It will take at least a year to a year and a half to have a vaccine we can use,"

Aug. 2020 - Fauci told Reuters that the US would have “tens of millions” of vaccines ready to distribute in Jan. 2021.

Now you’re free to hang your dunce cap on that three month discrepancy from the onset of the pandemic but it really doesn’t have the same heft now does it? The idea that one of the pre-eminent infectious disease experts in the world was unaware of what was going on in regard to vaccine development marks you as a simpleton - and that’s being incredibly kind.

Little aggressive don't you think? I'm not even anti-vax I'm just saying it's silly to expect everyone to just fall in line especially during that time. I don't blame anyone for taking the jab nor do I blame anyone for being skeptical and I'm sure a good chunk of the skeptical still got jabbed anyway.

Again You are basically calling everyone who has question or two about a vaccine stupid. I'm just saying I think you're lame for not seeing why some may be that way. I don't think you're stupid I just think you're clearly blinded by political ideology

Dr. Fauci is the man. I love that guy.

You called vaccines into question by citing an outright lie. The only political ideology at play here is yours. You swallowed hook, line, and sinker Trump’s absolute bullshit when a two-minute search would have proven it wrong and now you want to lay your mistake on me?

You want to be skeptical? Then do your RESEARCH before spouting BS. Base your questions on actual facts. It’s chugging that BS without checking it that makes you appear stupid. I can’t fix that.

I mean I had a family member have a stroke after the first round of vaccines. Is that enough to be skeptical?

Relax. Butters is a troll.

We already have one of those. @THE_DEVIL isn’t looking for competition…especially when the only place it exists is in your simple mind. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt here for no reason other than simple politeness and assume this was a joke on your part.
Very much was a joke. I truly think everyone during the first onslaught of Covid was scared and doing their best with whatever info they had.
