Just like all social media. Control the narrative, control the herd. Facebook is falling in line. Musk turned Twitter into a complete shitshow. Tik Tok's CEO was at the inauguration. I'm guessing the extension has something with Trump controlling that platform next. Smart move because these people believe whatever those platforms tell them to believe.
Love the fact that these sites are now now leaning into him rather than what we experienced the last 4-6 years. Should allow him to get done what needs to get done the next 4 years.
They're not leaning into him. Trump and his goons are just trying to control the narrative. So far they've aligned themselves to do that. Just because you fell for his bullshit doesn't mean there aren't still intelligent people out there.
Unfortunately what he's trying to get done is to turn America into a two tiered society. The rich. And the rest of us.

Mine is pretty well established here. These guys (Huey, Fred, tarheel) usually hate me. Trump has moved 180 degrees on TikTok and the lemmings have followed him. Why? What made TikTok OK now?

the reason I am ok with censoring the left for the next 4 years is to move some of those low information voters on the left over to the right. Try and keep up.
It was tough for them with all of the fat thirty something’s pushing their way to the front of the line instead of allowing the at risk to get it first. Those "low information voters" are how Trump was elected.
From what I read a big part of the problem was TikTok wasn’t burying pro-Palestinians creators or suppressing video footage of Israel’s atrocities in Gaza. They seem to have fallen in line and bowed to Trump.
Ok. I’m good. This administration wants me to pay lower taxes than what I pay. I am hoping he won’t only extend the tax cuts which will happen but have another round. I would love to put another couple grand a month in my kids trust. I think I am well informed.

I had tik tok for a short period of time and deleted it. Thus, I haven't been super aware of what is happening with its ownership and availability. My understanding is a major issue resolves the way China does its stock and the government owning everything over there.
Please explain those Trump tax cuts and be specific.
