another reason Casey’s is the best gas station

free tire air

most pls e have those stupid $.50 machines but not Casey’s.
I actually am more inclined to go to places that have that. And not the stupid digital ones that take forever and are hard to operate. Just the old school air valve with the built in pressure gauge.

I own several air compressors and probably have a dozen tire inflators gathered around. But it's so much easier just to pull up next to one at the gas station, only in severe cases will I fill a tire at home.

You poors need to fill your tires with nitrogen and watch some grubby mechanic do it. This is hrot after all.

One time somebody died in Casey's and I got to have sex with the corpse.

Why would you not have a air compressor at home to do that with?

Yes, I usually check all mine when I mow * two cars - when I know I will be outside working on something and not be driving anywhere anytime soon, I'll hit the compressor power button then check all 8 tires. If any need it, I'll haul the compressor (6 gal) out and fill what needs filled.

But times I know I will be driving right by my Kum & Go and I am driving the vehicle that has one tire that seems to lose roughly 5 psi every 2 weeks - I'll do that one tire then. The other 7...they never change except in winter.

That's what I did this morning during my shopping. I doubt it took 90 seconds, the K&G was pretty much empty and traffic was light. That one tire was at 27 psi, it had been a couple weeks since I checked it because I hadn't mowed recently (the summer grass growing slowdown has begun for my lawn). I knew I would be driving about 70 miles today...so just in case, I checked it pre-trip.

Tomorrow morning, I will mow. That's when I'll check all 8. I'm betting all 8 will be right at 32-33 psi because 7 of them never change in summer.
