Two counts: malicious use of a destructive device and unregistered destructive device

Where does it say he was charged with "getting people to join antifa"? At best they could get him for petty vandalism, but that is the least of his problems.

This is the only mention of antifa in the article:

He's not being charged with that. It's not illegal. Again, that is the least of his problems. Sounds like he'll get his day in court and I hope the justice system does the rest.
