Eric Musselman?
They said Top 40. So Nebraska is outHoiberg?
I generally agree. If there is, indeed, a major program coach who intends to quit recruiting high school players, I would guess that it would be someone who doesn't have a strong supply of local/regional talent to draw upon.I'm not surprised some schools will try this moving forward. I just don't know why any coach/program would shoot themselves in the foot by turning their back on HS players, especially local talent.
Meh...Good luck with that. Lack of team chemistry will prevent them from achieving ultimate goals unless they’re picking up the best of the best which is unlikely.
Largely agree. If the coach mentioned by Frischilla is "top 40" meaning good but not getting elite talent out of high school, then it might be wise to go against the grain. You aren't going to beat Kentucky or Duke or whoever for high school talent, focus solely on transfers and try to get 7-9 good players each year who have already proven they are good college players.Meh...
This is largely unconvincing to me. By the time they’re 17, the best players have played on multiple AAU teams and likely more than one high school team. They know how to be part of a team that hasn’t been together for years.
Team Chemistry TM has much more to do with personalities than it does duration.
Adams of TT is my pick. He just seems like a BB recruiting scavenger who will go year to year to try to compete vs KU Texas and Baylor.
I believe KU actually has 9 or 10 NEW players from last years roster. Not all transfers but most of them. They'd certainly be top 40 .....
Yeah but they get their fair share of one and dones that I'm sure they don't want to abandoned.I believe KU actually has 9 or 10 NEW players from last years roster. Not all transfers but most of them. They'd certainly be top 40 .....
