Anybody else peaking at housing listings?

Just on the estimates of our house. Up close to 50% since we bought in 2020. Thanks Biden!
 
Just listed my parents house yesterday...my understanding at the moment is that it is still a seller's market, although cooler than 18-36 months ago.

We shall see here pretty quickly if that holds true for us.

Wouldn’t the house you want also have gone up this much?

Seems like the only time that matters is if you are selling and moving to a cheaper area.

Or if you die so your kids can “cha Ching”

I also bought in '20. Haven't looked lately at the estimate of the townhouse I'm, tho I'm sure the price has gone up as well.

Only downside as Obvious pointed out is that places I might move to after have also gone up.
 
We half-assed keep an eye out in case the 'perfect' house pops up. Seems like flurry of listing in the last few weeks. There's the usual spring rush, but this seems more pronounced than prior years
SEast Fla is going crazy right now. Listings and price reductions way up.
