Earth Hour is happening at 8:30 pm on Saturday 22 March 2025.

The global event takes place every year to encourage people to turn off their lights for 60 minutes to raise awareness about big issues affecting the environment.

We don’t have outside lights on, except when outside. Our area is pretty dark, tho several folks in the area have “street lights” .
We can see the “glow” from our little downtown which is prolly 7 miles away as the crow flies, but that doesn’t interfere with sunset or star gazing.
Hopefully, we don’t impact bird life much.
