Anyone ever see an inning crazier than that?

In the top half of the 7th you have a play where the runner scores when Russell Martin its the bat throwing it back to the pitcher. Of course drunken Canadians being drunken Canadians litter the field.

Then in the bottom half Texas commits 3 straight errors and Odor not catching another ball most little leaguers make. Batista hits a 3 run bomb and before the inning is over drunken Canadians do their thing again causing the benches to clear twice.

No. It looked like Disco Demolition Night 2 was ready to begin.
Wow.

Only one that comes close for me is a Verlander no-no a few years back. He had one after 7 versus the Angels. Earlier in the game Maggilo Ordonez hit a dinger just down the line. He leaned to see if it was far or foul and Weaver took expection and ran his mouth all game and would just scream after every strike out.

Well In the bottom of the 7th Guillen took him deep and this happened:

and the next pitch

and then in the top of the 8th, an Angels guy tried to bunt for a base hit in the no hitter which pissed everybody off again and some more yelling. JV would lose the no-no like two batters later.

I set down my phone and did some work outside for an hour while it happened. I still can't figure out the sequence of events. twitter imploded.

Soccer fans have known Toronto fans are scum for years now. Unfortunately, Toronto FC about to clinch an MLS playoff spot tonight too.

I don't know if it added to the weirdness or not, Bautista's bat flip was fantastic. We need more of that in baseball.

BMO Field was packed for a midweek regular season game on the same night as the Jays. Wake up. It's not the 80's anymore, grandpa.

They're Canadians. They gave us Justin Beiber and Nickleback. They're a little slow.

And I'm 28. I just found it funny you felt the need to throw soccer in a baseball thread. For such a growing sport, it sure insists upon itself.

Pretty sure it's the only sport some baseball fans get their panties bunched up about. Must feel threatened by soccer. ;-)

Man that was just a collapse by the Rangers and the Blue Jays capitalized by hustling out those errors. That ball was absolutely crushed by Joey Bats.
