Anyone know where I can find a copy of this print?

I would check with the Gazette or Register. It might not be the exact shot, but they've got to have something very similar. Another place to check might be the UI Sports Information people.
Right click, Save Picture as, Save it to your computer. Upload image to some online photo print website. Wait for it to come in the mail.

Unfortunately, that version of the pic is pretty low quality and would not look good blown up to poster size.

I'd contact Hawkeye Heaven, on Facebook, for starters. Not sure if its his/her photo or just copied into their album.
