Iowa St. is the highest ranked (and one of only 2) two-loss teams. They lost to Louisiana-Lafayette this season. . They play in a super weak conference, lost a bowl to a mediocre non blue-blood in the bowl and squeaked out a 3 point win against a school that doesn’t even Offer scholarships to end last season.
We absolutely bitchslapped USC in the bowl, doubled up their score, named ours. They are winless this year and just went up from #24 to # 21 without even playing.
We are behind Indiana in the standings. Not saying it’s not deserved, but a real slap in the face to Brian and Kirk.
Not arguing we should be ranked. Just awfully annoying on multiple levels I’m free to share.
