Seriously OP, Berries literally are not at all the same. You can't lump them all in 1 son. Strawberries are far superior to Raspberries. Blue Berries are far superior to Black Berries. Dick Berries are in OP's mom.

Seems like you could easily eliminate the play-in games and expand the field to 16. In addition to pomegranates, I'd suggest the possible additions of apricots, nectarines, and/or cantaloupes.

Also, peach should be a 1-seed!
