I reached out to Amazon via chat about a missing refund. I'm not quite certain how to take their responses. It's a bit over the top.

This isnt AI. These are canned Bot responses that have been around forever. You have to confuse the bot to get to a real person.

I guess I have been a little harsh to the Danish. Maybe they aren't all bad.
